this week, on the ‘Sweets of CX’, we jump
right on in the trenches with VP of Client Happiness & Success (i.e. Brand
Manager) for Promomash, and one of
CloudCherry’s 2019-2020 CX Champions- Sarah Meyerdirk.
a little back-story on how our CX Champ ended up joining the frontlines in the
CX World at Promomash? Five years ago, she met the team at a Trade show and- in
her own words, “fell in love with the idea of saving all my time away from
spreadsheets, and moving towards an automated workflow.” (Well, who wouldn’t?)
– Nine months later, she’d joined the company- and has since worn many hats,
helping to grow the team from four to forty-five people.
this week’s Episode, Sarah shares with us her ‘secret sauce’ to winning over
customers (Hint: It has a WHOLE lot to do with culture, and you’ll want to hear
her refreshing take on it). She also
shares with us some of the challenges she’s faced- particularly the ‘growing
pains’ that come along with wanting to be a ‘super hero’ to each client, while
still balancing the limitations of a growing start-up. (Raise your hand if

notes) ways she’s discovered to truly add value to her Clients, comparing her
company to, “the restaurant that likes the food to be sent back, because we
really want to re-engage that experience, make the food better, and allow you

to Sarah, “Samsung just makes the whole experience [of transferring data to new
devices, etc.] truly effortless,” something she puts a lot of focus on at her
own company. “They’ve made it hard for me to switch to another brand, because
